Thailand Thailand published Standard of CSR for industry

Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industry, Thailand announced “Notification of Department of Industrial Works (B.E. 2563 (2020)): Standard of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR-DIW)” dated on 2 June 2020. The notification sets a standard of CSR activity for the industry.

Under Thailand’s National Strategy B.E. 2561 – 2580 (2018 – 2037), DIW as a responsible agency to develop Eco Industrial Town (EIT)  has been promoting sustainable industrial development of the country. The standard is expected to help industries to coexist with local communities in a sustainable way.
