Thailand Issues Notification on the Educational Use of Hazardous Substances under the Food and Drug Administration

The Thai Ministry of Public Health on December 18, 2025, promulgated the “Ministerial Notification: B.E. 2568 (2025) on Criteria, Procedures, and Conditions for Exempting the Use of Hazardous Substances under the Responsibility of the Food and Drug Administration from the Hazardous Substances Act when Used for Educational, Testing, Analytical, Research, and Development Purposes.”
