Thailand Re-defines Occupational Diseases and Environmental Diseases

On October 31, 2025, the Thai Ministry of Public Health issued two notifications designating environmental diseases and occupational diseases. These two notifications, promulgated under the Occupational and Environmental Disease Control Act, define and specify occupational and environmental diseases, replacing and repealing the previous notifications enacted in 2020.
