Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Thailand published the “Notification of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on Projects, Undertakings, or Operations Required to Provide an Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Rules, Procedure, and Conditions in Providing an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (No. 2) B.E. 2568 (2025))” in the Government Gazette on 31 July 2025.
