Thailand Revises Annual Report Submission Deadline for Hazardous Substance Safety Managers

On April 30, 2025, Thailand’s Department of Industrial Works (DIW), under the Ministry of Industry, issued the Department of Industrial Works Notification: B.E. 2568 (2025) — Criteria and Procedures for the Registration and Appointment of Designated Managers Responsible for Hazardous Substance Storage, and for Safety Reporting on Hazardous Substance Storage (Second Edition). This notification amends the existing 2022 version to reduce redundant administrative tasks and improve reporting efficiency, thereby facilitating compliance for industrial operators subject to reporting obligations. As part of the revision, the reporting process has been streamlined to require electronic submission via the Ministry of Industry’s central data reporting system (“i-Single Form”).
