Thailand Revises Hazardous Substance List 
On July 7, 2025, Thailand’s Ministry of Industry promulgated the Ministry of Industry Notification: B.E. 2568 (2025) Hazardous Substance List (8th Edition) via the Royal Gazette. This revision is the first in approximately two and a half years, following the 7th Edition published in December 2022. The notification introduces amendments across the following three segments:
- List 1.1 and List 1.2, overseen by the Department of Agriculture (DOA), Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives
- List 4.1 and List 4.2, overseen by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Ministry of Public Health
- List 5.1, overseen by the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industry
