On 1^st November 2023, the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industry of Thailand released a draft notification to revise the hazardous substance list under Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992) for the public hearing process. The objective of revision is the addition of perfluorohexanesulfonic acid (PFHxS), its salts and PFHxS-related compounds to the list.
