Taiwan releases the draft of Phase III Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Action Plan for Manufacturing Sector

On June 30, the Ministry of Economic affairs of Taiwan released the draft of “Phase III Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Action Plan for the Manufacturing Sector” and announced that the public hearing will be held on July 10, 2025. The draft plan was formulated in accordance with Article 11 of the Climate Change Response Act and Article 7 of its Enforcement Rules, it specifies the targets, main strategies and measures and flagship projects for the manufacturing sector.
