Thailand Revises Labeling Requirement for Consumer Protection

On February 17, 2023, the label committee, which is responsible for administering      consumer protection laws in Thailand, promulgated the "Label Committee Notification: Form of Label for Label Regulated Products (Third Edition) in the B.E. 2565 (2022)”. This notice revises the labeling requirements for label regulated products to be regulated from the viewpoint of consumer protection. This notice will take effect 120 days after its promulgation.
