Thailand extended reporting deadline of hazardous chemicals in the factory

Ministry of Industry of Thailand announced “Notification of the Ministry of Industry on Safety Measures for Chemical Management in Industrial Factories (No. 2) B.E. 2566 (2023)” in the Royal Gazette on 9 May 2023. The notification amended the original notification published in 2022 following to an explosion of chemical factory in Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
