Vietnam issues official letter urging companies to prepare GHG inventory

On July 27, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam published Official Letter No. 4944/BCT-TKNL on Providing Information for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory for the Sector of Industry and Trade of 2020 and 2022. Companies with facilities specified in Annex II of the Prime Minister Decision No. 01/2022/QD-TTg Promulgating the List of Greenhouse Gas-Emitting Establishments That Must Conduct Greenhouse Gas Inspections are subject to the Official Letter.
