Vietnam Partially Amends Implementation Regulations of LEP

On February 28, 2025, Vietnam's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular 07/2025/TT-BTNMT, which amends and supplements Circular 02/2022/TT-BTNMT—the regulation detailing the implementation of various articles of the Law on Environmental Protection(72/2020/QH14). This circular came into effect immediately, rendering Circular 04/2023/TT-BTNMT and Decision 3323/QD-BTNMT null and void.
