Vietnam Announces Progress in Registration of Use of Controlled Substances

On March 2nd, 2023, the Climate Change Bureau of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam published Document No. 237/BDKH-GNPT listing companies that have completed the registration of the use of controlled substances. In Vietnam, pursuant to Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP on Reduction of Green House Gas Emissions and Protection of Ozone Layer, many companies have submitted applications for the registration of the use of controlled substances to the Climate Change Bureau.
