Philippines issues Memorandum Circular clarifying the scope of requirements under PCL Compliance Certificate 
On May 12, 2020, the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) of the Philippines announced the issuance of EMB Memorandum Circular No. 010 of 2020, Clarification to DENR Administrative Order 2007-23 on the Scope of Requirements Under the Priority Chemicals List (PCL) Compliance Certificate.
