Philippines Revises Hydrogen Energy Guidelines for Wider Adoption

The Philippine Department of Energy (DOE) issued Department Circular No. DC2026-07-0016 on July 17, 2026, entitled “Prescribing Amendments to Department Circular No. DC2024-01-0001 Titled, ‘Providing a National Policy and General Framework, Roadmap, and Guidelines for Hydrogen in the Energy Sector.”
