Philippines Releases Draft List of 59 Substances for Addition to National Chemical Inventory 
On November 14, 2025, the Philippine Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), through the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), published a draft Department Administrative Order (DAO) proposing the addition of 59 substances to the Philippines Inventory of Chemical and Chemical Substances (PICCS). This draft lists chemicals submitted in 2025 under the Pre-Manufacture and Pre-Importation Notification (PMPIN) system for new chemical substances. The names and CAS Registry Numbers of the proposed substances are provided in Table 1 of the draft.
