India announces proposed regulation mandating energy saving labeling for chillers

On October 29, 2022, the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) of India issued a draft regulation “Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Chillers) Regulations, 2022”, which makes energy saving labeling mandatory for chillers, and is soliciting opinions for 30 days.
