National Standardization Technical Committee for Hydrogen Energy released the “Official Announcement on the Call for Opinions on 3 National Standards, including “Compressed hydrogen dispenser for vehicles” and launched a call for opinions on the following 3 standards on February 5, 2021. The publication of the 3 standards is in accordance with the Standard Revision Plan of China’s National Standardization Administration Committee. The deadline for soliciting opinions is April 6, 2021.
Compressed hydrogen dispenser for vehicles
This standard is a revised version of GB/T 31138-2014 “Compressed hydrogen dispenser for vehicles”.
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for hydrogen dispensers used in hydrogen fueling station for fuel cell vehicle or hydrogen fueling facility.
This standard applies to hydrogen dispensers used in hydrogen fueling stations or hydrogen fueling facilities with nominal working pressure no more than 70MPa. This standard can also be referred to hydrogen fueling facilities for hydrogen ships, hydrogen trams, hydrogen powered aircraft, hydrogen engineering vehicles, hydrogen power generation units, etc.
Essential requirements for the safety of hydrogen systems
This standard is a revised version of GB/T 29729-2013 “Essential requirements for the safety of hydrogen systems”.
This standard specifies the categories of hydrogen systems, the basic characteristics of hydrogen, the risk factors of hydrogen systems and the basic requirements for risk control.
This standard applies to production, storage, transportation and design and use of the application systems of hydrogen.
Gaseous hydrogen Fueling stations Part 3: Valves
This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for hydrogen valves in hydrogen fueling stations.
This standard applies to hydrogen fueling station valves where the working gas is compressed hydrogen, the nominal operating pressure is 70 MPa or less, and the operating temperature is between 40°C and 85°C.
