China’s Jiangsu province issues a list of administrative law enforcement items for ecological and environmental protection

On June 12, 2025, China’s Jiangsu province issues the 2025 edition of the List of Administrative Law Enforcement Items for Ecological and Environmental Protection. The list shows environmental violations with penalties and competent authorities for them, including violations related to air, water and soil pollution, noise, and solid waste.

For example, the list covers provisions of national laws and local regulations on automated monitoring and VOC control. Some of them, in a condensed form as in the list, are shown below.
