China seeks comments on a draft GB on work safety standardization of hazardous chemical enterprises

On August 30, 2024, the Ministry of Emergency Management of China issued a draft on general norms for work safety standardization of hazardous chemical enterprises and started soliciting comments from the public. Comments will be solicited until October 30, 2024. The draft combines and replaces seven current safety production-related industry standards that set out the requirements for implementing safety management standardization for enterprises that produce and use hazardous chemicals.
