Philippines promulgates circular on on-site inspection of designated establishments

Department of Energy (DOE) Circular No. DC2024-05-0011 “Rules on the Administration and Enforcements under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act” was promulgated on May 27, 2024 and came into effect immediately. The ministry circular stipulates matters related to the on-site inspection of designated facilities by DOE based on the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (RA11285).
