Philippines Publishes Implementing Guidelines for Energy Efficiency Excellence Awards

On April 29, 2024, the “Implementing Guidelines (IG) for Energy Efficiency Excellence (EEE) Awards” (hereinafter referred to as the IG) were published in the Philippines and take effect in 15 days following its publication. The IG were established based on the Department Circular No. DC2023-10-0030 or the Guidelines on Energy Efficiency Excellence Awards, which replaces Department Order No. DO2021-09-0014, and specify specific requirements and schedules of EEE Awards.
