Vietnam Revises National Technical Standards on Thresholds for Hazardous Waste

On August 6, 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment hereby promulgate a Circular 44/2025/TT-BNNMT promulgating National technical regulation on hazardous waste thresholds (QCVN 07:2025/BNNMT). This standard comes into force from February 09, 2026, and replace QCVN 07:2009/BTNMT - National technical regulation on hazardous waste (HW) thresholds and QCVN 50:2013/BTNMT - National technical regulation on hazardous thresholds for sludges from water treatment process.
