South Korea revises rules on classifying and labeling hazardous properties

On June 1, 2023, the National Institute of Environmental Research (NIER) functioning under the Ministry of Environment (MOE) of South Korea promulgated revisions of the Notice on Designation of Toxic Substances (NIER Notice No. 2023-21) and the Regulations on Classification, Labeling, etc. of Chemicals (NIER Notice No. 2023-22).
