Indonesia promulgates regulations on cosmetic marking and advertising

On November 28, 2024, Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) promulgated BPOM Regulation No. 18/2024 on Marking, Promotion, and Advertising of Cosmetic Products. This Regulation establishes requirements for marking, promotion, and advertising that manufacturers and importers must comply with when distributing cosmetics in Indonesia.
