India further postpones effective date of Quality Control Order for toluene, terephthalic acid, and phthalic anhydride

On December 21, 2022, the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers of India further postponed the date of entry into force of the Quality Control Order (published on December 29, 2021) for toluene, terephthalic acid, phthalic anhydride, and n-butyl acrylate, and promulgated that an amended order will enter into force on June 22, 2023. Initially, the order was issued on June 14, 2022, and the date of entry into force was amended to December 22, 2022, but it was postponed for another six months.
