India Notifies Incentive Scheme for Promotion of Critical Minerals Recycling

On September 8, 2025, the Indian Ministry of Mines issued a notification on the Incentive Scheme for Promotion of Critical Minerals Recycling. The government will provide financial incentives to companies that invest in facilities capable of recycling designated critical minerals. Incentives apply to both the expansion of existing facilities and the establishment of new units.
