Japan’s MOE Receives Advisory Report on the “Approach on the 10th Water Quality Total Load Reduction Program”

On May 7, 2026, Japan’s Ministry of the Environment (MOE) announced that the chair of the Central Environment Council had submitted to the MOE an advisory report titled “Approach on the 10th Water Quality Total Load Reduction Program: Transition from Total Load Reduction to Total Load Management” .
