Japan Announces Revision to the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations

On April 15, 2025, Japan announced a revision to the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations through a ministerial ordinance. This revision adds a new provision, Article 612-2: Tasks with a Risk of Heatstroke, under Part III: Hygiene Standards, Chapter 5: Temperature and Humidity of the regulations.
