China Amends 12 Administrative Regulations and Repeals 3 in Conjunction with the Implementation of the Ecological Environment Code

To ensure the full and effective implementation of the Ecological Environment Code and to maintain logical consistency and harmony among rules within the environmental law system, China’s State Council issued the Notice on Amending 12 Administrative Regulations and Repealing 3 Administrative Regulations on August 8, 2026.
