Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs Publishes Q&A on Product Energy Efficiency Labels and Energy Conservation Labels

On June 17, 2026, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) of Taiwan published a Q&A document concerning product energy efficiency labels and energy conservation labels on its official website. The questions addressed in this document include inquiries about mandatory placement locations for the Energy Conservation Label, whether certain lighting products are subject to regulations, and whether older versions of the Energy Efficiency Rating Label can still be used.
