Indonesia Revamps Presidential Regulation on Greenhouse Gas Policy

In Indonesia, “President Regulation No. 110/2025 on the Implementation of the Carbon Pricing Framework at the National Level and Greenhouse Gas Management” was officially gazetted and took effective on October 10, 2025. This President Regulation essentially replaces the previous "President Regulation No. 98/2021 on Carbon Pricing Framework for the Achievement of Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) Targets and Greenhouse Gas Control in National Development."
