Taiwan introduces heavier penalties for violations of Occupational Safety and Health Act

On July 27, 2022, Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor issued a revised version of the “Key Points for Processing Cases of Violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Labor Inspection Act” — a set of rules that specify penalties for violating these acts.
