Taiwan MOL Promulgates Revised “Enforcement Rules of the Occupational Safety and Health Act”

On June 26, 2026, Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor (MOL) promulgated the revised Enforcement Rules of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The amended articles of these Enforcement Rules will take effect on July 1, 2026. Established under Article 54 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act—which was enacted to prevent occupational disasters and safeguard the safety and health of workers—the Enforcement Rules outline the concrete procedures and rules for implementing the Act.
