Taiwan Ministry of Labor Promulgates Amended Regulations on Workplace Environment Monitoring

On June 12, 2026, Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor (MOL) promulgated the amended version of the Regulations for Implementing Worker Workplace Environment Monitoring. The revised provisions will enter into force on January 1, 2027. Under this amendment, 13 new substances have been added to the scope of chemicals that require mandatory, periodic concentration monitoring.
