Taiwan’s MOEA Promulgates Amended “Water Conservation Label Management Regulations”

On December 24, 2025, Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) promulgated the amended Water Conservation Label Management Regulations. According to Article 3 of the regulations, corporations, organizations, and individuals that manufacture or sell water‑use equipment listed in the appendix may apply to the central competent authority for a permit to use the Water Conservation Label.
