Taiwan Ministry of Labor Publishes Amended Occupational Safety and Health Act

On December 19, 2025, Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor (MOL) promulgated amendments to the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The effective date of the amended provisions will be separately designated by the Executive Yuan. The Act is Taiwan’s primary legislation for preventing occupational accidents and ensuring the safety and health of workers.
