Taiwan MOENV to Add Methoxychlor, Dechlorane Plus, and UV-328 to Toxic Chemical List

On November 4, 2025, Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment (MOENV) announced a draft amendment to the “Regulated Toxic Chemical Substances and Their Handling Requirements.” The public comment period will remain open for 30 days from the date of publication. Under the proposed revision, methoxychlor, dechlorane plus, and UV-328 will be added to the list of toxic chemical substances.
