Taiwan Announces Disclosure of Existing Chemical Substance Information Following Expiration of Confidential Business Information Protection Period

On September 8, 2025, Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor (MOL) issued a notice regarding the disclosure of information for existing chemical substances whose confidential business information (CBI) protection period has expired. Specifically, substances with serial numbers beginning with “P” and “C” are no longer under protection as of September 7, 2025. Accordingly, relevant information for these substances will be made publicly available in the Chemical Substance Notification List starting September 8.
