Taiwan’s Environment Ministry Releases Draft Amendment to GHG Survey Regulation

On August 29, 2025, Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment published a draft amendment to the “Regulations Governing the Survey, Registration, and Inspection of Greenhouse Gas Emissions” and began soliciting public comments. The comment period will remain open for 30 days following the announcement date.
