Taiwan’s Environmental Ministry Announces Launch of Online Application for Deregistration of Chemical Substance Codes

On August 25, 2025, the Chemical Substances Registration Center under Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment announced that it has launched an online application system for the deregistration of chemical substance registration codes. According to the announcement, starting January 1, 2026, paper-based applications for deregistration will no longer be accepted.
