Taiwan Publishes Draft Amendment to the “Occupational Safety and Health Act”

On March 28, 2025, Taiwan's Ministry of Labor published a draft amendment to the "Occupational Safety and Health Act" and began soliciting public comments. The comment period will end on April 11, 2025. The "Occupational Safety and Health Act" is a higher law in Taiwan's labor safety and health sector, established to prevent occupational accidents and protect the safety and health of workers.
