Taiwan raises energy efficiency limit for Energy Saving Mark for air purifiers

On July 10, 2023, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan released the revised notice “Energy efficiency criteria and labeling methods for energy saving mark for air purifier”. The revised notice will come into force on July 17, 2025. It should be noted that, the “energy saving mark” is different from the energy efficiency label, which is a government-backed voluntary labelling system that manufacturers can apply for voluntarily.
