Shandong Province, China drafts implementation rules for exemption of equipping VOC treatment facilities

On November 23, 2022, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Shandong Province released the draft of “Implementation rules of exemptions from the end of pipe treatment of VOC for companies substituting to low-volatile raw materials and auxiliary materials” and started to solicit opinions. The Implementation Rules stipulates the requirements for exemption conditions, application procedures, relevant requirements, application documents and etc.
