China China Household Electrical Appliances Association announced 2 association standards related to smart toilet is released.

On May 27, 2020, China Household Electrical Appliances Association announced the publication of the association standard T/CHEAA 0012-2020, Key parts of smart toilet Constant pressure water inlet solenoid valve and T /CHEAA 0013-2020, Installing service specifications for smart toilet. Both of the two association standards here were implemented from May 27, 2020, the date of promulgation.

 

T/CHEAA 0012-2020 Key parts of smart toilet Constant pressure water inlet solenoid valve

This association standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for solenoid valves of smart toilets. In addition, this association standard is applied to smart toilets with a single-phase voltage of 250 V or less and an input power of 20 W or less.

T/CHEAA 0013-2020, Installing service specifications for smart toilet

This association standard is applied to the user’s on-site installation service after the smart toilet product leaves the factory. It includes generalized service requirements for service providers and installation staffs, requirements for installation service process, environmental requirements for installation and the requirements for connection to water and electricity.

This association standard applies to installation services for integrated smart toilet and smart toilet lid, and does not apply to installation services for wall-mounted smart toilet.
