China’s Ministry of Emergency Management Promulgates Revised “Special Operations Catalog” to Enforce Safety Production Law Compliance

On May 26, 2026, the Ministry of Emergency Management of China promulgated the revised version of the Special Operations Catalog. The revised catalog will officially take effect on June 1, 2026. In the event of any inconsistency between previously promulgated relevant documents and this catalog, the provisions of this catalog shall PREVAIL.
