China publishes draft list of chemicals to add to list of priority-controlled chemicals to seek comments

On Nov. 19, 2025, China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment published a draft list of chemicals to add to the list of priority-controlled chemicals (“priority chemicals”). The new list will be the third installment of the priority chemical list. The ministry accepted comments on the draft through Dec. 2, 2025.
