China publishes 2025 edition of Market Access Negative List

On Aril 24, 2025, China’s National Development and Reform Commission published on its website the 2025 edition of the Market Access Negative List. It lists things and activities for which market access is denied, and those requiring a license, approval or permission for market access. These things and activities are listed by market sector, along with the names of government departments in charge of each item. This edition of the list contains 11 less entries compared with the 2022 edition.
