Chinese non-profit organization publishes draft industry standards for high-purity recycled water for electronics

On 2024, Nov. 29, the China Electronics Standardization Institute, a Chinese non-profit organization under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, published drafts of three industry standards for high-purity recycled water for electronics:

  • Code for Installation and Acceptance of Pure Water System of Electronic Industry (amendment)
  • Quality Specification of Reclaimed Water for Ultrapure Water in the Electronics Industry (plan code: 2023-1770T-SJ)
  • Technical Specification of Recycled Water Treatment Engineering for Ultrapure Water in the Electronics Industry (plan code: 2023-1772T-SJ)

 

The institute sought comments on the drafts through Dec. 06, 2024.
