China issues regulations on export control of dual-use goods; new regulations to come into effect Dec. 1, 2024

On Sept. 30, 2024, China’s State Council published regulations on the export control of dual-use goods. These regulations unify existing rules for dual-use things and technologies stipulated in different sets of regulations. The regulations are based on the Export Control Law1 and consist of 50 articles.
